This statement gold ring is a celebration of garnet. The stone is held with two V-shaped prongs which fix it firmly without distracting the beholder's eye from the exquisite marquise shape, the checker cut and the deep red colour. The ring's thin circlet ensures that the garnet - which measures an impressive 18x9 mm and is the largest in our collection - truly stands out and the ring as a whole stays surprisingly light. Average weight is 3.47g.
Stud earrings with caboshon cut garnets set into meticulously detailed golden crowns. Average weight 1.30 g.
This design is a bit of a maverick. Our team has of yet been unable to agree what it reminds us of. Some have said that the two golden circlets look like a growing moon crescent. Viewed from the side, the ring looks like an open oyster holding a dark gem - or maybe a jewellery box holding a treasure? It is a mystery. Either way, we do wholeheartedly recommend this ring: it is fascinating. Average weight 1.80g
