The combination of a large central stone surrounded by smaller garnets is typical for Czech manufacture. This design is made more original by the atypical shape of the central stone - the checker cut cabashon - as well as the use of moldavite as the central stone. This particular design is a more modern variation on the tradition, using an atypical checker cut cabashon garnet for a central stone.
